SILC is currently looking for one intern to work on a number of projects. Tasks will vary and relate to SILC’s litigation, advocacy and research activities, depending on current needs.
This is a great opportunity for young lawyers and graduates to work on a diversity of projects for a dynamic consulting firm with a global reach providing a range of services in the areas of international law, human rights and international criminal law to NGOs, States, International Organisations and affected communities worldwide.

Start date:
1 October 2021.
Duration :
6 months but this can be adapted on a bilateral basis.
Working hours :
Full-time pro bono position with flexible hours. Special arrangements can be discussed on a bilateral basis.
Due to COVID-19 circumstances, the internship will most likely be done remotely.
Requirements :
§ The interns should have university education and/or practical experience in one or more of the following fields : Public international law ; human rights ; international criminal law ;
§ Reliable work ethic ;
§ Capacity to work in English is mandatory. As SILC has a number of activities in French, good knowledge of French is welcome ;
§ Good writing and computer skills ;
§ Showing initiative, and the ability to work independently and under pressure.
