Come discover SILC's work with an exciting internship

SILC is currently looking for one intern to work on various projects, including relating to litigation at the International Criminal Court and the MICT. Tasks will relate to SILC’s litigation, advocacy and research activities, depending on current needs.


This is a great opportunity for young lawyers and graduates to work on a diversity of projects for a dynamic consulting firm with a global reach providing a range of services in the areas of international law, human rights and international criminal law to NGOs, States, International Organisations and affected communities worldwide.

Start date and duration :

As soon as possible, for 6 months but this can be adapted on a bilateral basis.


Working hours :

Full-time pro bono position with flexible hours. Special arrangements can be discussed on a bilateral basis.


Due to ongoing COVID-19 circumstances, the internship will most likely be done remotely.


Requirements :


§ The interns should have university education and/or practical experience in one or more of the following fields : Public international law ; human rights ; international criminal law ;

§ Reliable work ethic ;

§ Capacity to work in English is mandatory. As SILC has a number of activities in French, good knowledge of French is welcome ;

§ Good writing and computer skills ;

§ Showing initiative, and the ability to work independently and under pressure.
